What are the benefits of using inkFrog?
There are many benefits to using inkFrog. The main being it saves you time and money. If you are currently listing with eBay directly, listing with turbo lister, or listing with another third party lister, chances are you can do it faster and better with inkFrog! InkFrog allows you to: use an unlimited number of images per listing, use one of our prebuilt templates (or use your own), and schedule your listing at no extra charge. These are all features that eBay charges you for and that you will pay if using Turbo Lister. The main benefit to using inkFrog however is speed! We save you time. Our site was built so you can list faster, and automate many of the repetitive tasks that you do daily. Saving hours of time per day makes inkFrog an easy choice.

You can use an unlimited amount of pictures on each listing. We do not have a limit! This is one of the great benefits of using inkFrog.(back to top)
Can I use my own template with inkFrog?
Absolutely, we have a custom template section where you can add in our special tags directly into your template. This makes our lister work directly with your template for a perfect, seamless listing. Of course, if you prefer to use one of our prebuilt templates, you can use them as well.(back to top)
Does inkFrog only work with eBay?
Currently we only support eBay. We do have plans for Amazon in the very near future! We also currently allow users to export their items directly into their BuyitSellit store!(back to top)
I want a storefront. Does inkFrog offer this?
We currently have a sister site which offers a professional, yet simple, storefront solution. It allows you to have a fully operational online store, using your own domain name, in just a few minutes. How easy is it to cancel inkFrog? Is there a commitment?
There is never a commitment to use or pay for inkFrog. We want you to be happy and come back when you sell again. To cancel your account, simply open up a support ticket. Note, you don't have to login to submit a ticket, just click on the 'submit a ticket' link.(back to top)
How long is your FREE trial?
We currently have a 2 week free trial. After your 2 weeks you will receive a bill from us for the new month (we bill a month ahead, not a month behind). If you want to continue using your account, you simply pay your bill. If you do not want your account, support a ticket and we will cancel it for you or you can simply not pay your bill and our system will cancel you automatically. It's that easy. Note: we prefer you submit a ticket to cancel so we can get you out of the system.(back to top)
Why is inkFrog better than the competitors?
This is a good question and there are many reasons. The most important being that we offer the most tools, best support, and fastest listing of any service out there. If saving you time and money on your online business is not worth $9.95/month, then we are certainly not for you. We also offer $0.55c USPS shipping insurance which is lower than any of our competitors.

How many images is 1GB?
A lot! 1GB of images is between 10,000 and 15,000 images depending on the size. If all your images are approx 100k in size (that is a good sized image), you will be able to upload approx 10,500 images to us. You can upgrade your space at anytime for $9.95 per 500MB.(back to top)
How many eBay id's can I manage in one inkFrog account?
