Did paypal change

When I received paypal payments the link that says "View the details of this transaction online" is missing. Now it says View the details of this transaction online at: h ttps://www.paypal.com plus some extra words. Is this happening to anybody else?

I also just got a newsletter from paypal saying that they've updated their images and logos. That's probably why there isn't a link in there now. I hope that changes.

I do not know which PayPal you are using but the UK one just moved to Luxemburg in July.
