I am looking at my auctions tonight and all the items in it show 0.00 for the price!

Is anyone else having this problem? I have already submitted a ticket 'cause I'm getting it on eBay.ca and eBay.com. Haven't heard anything back yet, but I'm getting kind of frustrated by this.

Showing like this on both new and old listings.

I don't know whether we are the only ones having this problem.

I heard back from Support and they asked if I had changed any id's or made any other changes but I haven't so that can't be what's causing it. They still show 0.00, though. Do yours?

Anyway, I just got a note from Support saying they are working on the problem and they'll let me know when it's fixed.

Does anyone else but us two have this problem today?

I'm not having that problem but I am still (for over 3 weeks) having problems that IF won't add Promotional Financing, even though I have it checked in the Lister.

Emailed Support at least three times, always an answer but no fix!!

So I hope you all have better luck than I.

hello.. we're sending all promotional financing info to eBay correctly. Seems like something doesn't work on their end. Is there anyone else who's having the promotional financing problem?

It worked for a long time after you added the option. But it has stopped!!

My showcase is now working. Turned out that I had to clear the temporary internet files (which I hadn't done in quite awhile!) and now all the prices on my auctions are showing up on the showcase.

Just thought I would pass this on as twisttolife was having the same problem as me.

Thanks, but clearing your internet files was coincidental. IF did have a problem.

No problem.

But it has been going on for over 3 weeks and after as many support tickets submitted it still doesn't work.

I can go to eBay and revise and change absolutely nothing then save and Promotional Financing will be in my listing.

HI All.. i'm going to see if we can get to the bottom of promo financing this week.. We have had a lot of other big things happening (which you will all hear about shortly ) .. so i've been delayed in resolving the promo financing issue but will try to get it done for everyone.
