Auctions being cancelled and account locked?

I have used inkfrog to post a series of auctions to Ebay but each time I have done so the auctions are deleted and my Ebay account is locked until I apply for anew password. The email I receive suggest that a 3rd party is accessing my account. I suppose that is correct but it's inkfrog.

I have contacted ebay but haven't received a reply so does anyone know what I need to do to stop this occuring.

Entirely possible there is other unauthorized activity on your account. Use the eviLHelp link on the main ebaY page to contact them.

Hmm...Did you actually view your auctions on eBay?

Perhaps double check your preferences>Third-party authorizations in your My eBay and make sure IF has a 3rd party authorization just in case there is a glitch. Realistically, your auctions would not launch from IF unless there was an authorization.

Also update your eBay token on IF.

Click on home --> preferences --> eBay id(s) edit --> update token.

It will take you to an eBay authorization page where you will need to sign into eBay. Then sign out of both. Then sign back into eBay and check your preferences through 'My eBay' as discussed above.

I would also do as BF suggested and make sure there are no unauthorized access occurrences.

I have no idea why but now my auctions are holding. I applied for a new token because the previous one had been deleted by the system. Anyway thanks for your help.
