View Full Version : help - relisting error

I have a handful of clothing items I'm moving to the store because they didn't sell on the second auction go-round. They all had BINs that were a few dollars higher than opening bid.

I'm relisting them just like I always do - putting a 0 in the BIN category, switching them to Store Inventory, GTC. I keep getting error 307, which apparently - according to ebay "help" - means Invalid minimum bid/Buy It Now price. But they don't have a BIN anymore, and there's no way the min bids could be invalid.

Is this just a temporary ebay glitch? I'm assuming it's not a Frog problem. Anybody have any insight? Should I just wait and try later, hoping ebay's gotten their act together, or is this a ticket situation?

TIA.

TIA,
Why don't you try to relist from my ebay (just one), sending the relist to Sore inventory. If it works is an IF issue. Clean the cache first. Also it can be an issue.

Your store BIN price has to be entered into the BIN option on IF

Cindy, I have no problems switching back and forth.
Are you doing it from the saved ads? This is where I make my changes.

I think the problem may be that you are placing a number (zero) into the BIN, then changing the type, then saving.
Try just changing the type and then enter the new store price. Added bonus: less keystrokes!

No, from the closed unsold auctions. I'll try doing it from the saved ads>

But...that's how I've always done it before, and never had a problem. That's the piece that I don't get. [/quote]

I tried doing it the way you suggested, and I get an error message from IF immediately, before they even submit it to ebay.

Thanks Bruce!
