unsold auctions relist vs resubmit?

Is there any difference in relist or resubmit on the unsold auctions page.

I remember reading that you can "reuse" an unsold auction for another item. How do you change the pictures. In the past I've deleted the unwanted pic and renamed the new pic using the deleted jpeg#. This process just takes too long. I think I had a problem adding additional pictures.

relist an item that didn't sell the first time for possible insertion fee credit if it sells on relist.

resubmit starts as a first auction.

To reuse a listing, remove the old HTML and replace it with whatever you want. Create another ad, and just view source for the HTML.
